Diana Lord's would like to Thank the agility show organisers who put on any size classes. "Hurricane Sally" - (the original grumpy bitch and we have the scars to prove it!) won her first ever agility rosette at the Prestwick show. She came sixth in the "anysize" jumping!  Sally is now over 12 years old; she has spondylosis and arthritic shoulders but really enjoys skipping over the 12 inch jumps.

Helen & Jinx

Jinx "Wiccaweys High Jinks" was adopted from Wiccaweys via agilitynet, aged 12mths old, she was handed into rescue for basically just being a collie (too much energy and no where to channel it) she settled straight in with us, at home shes a lazy snuggle monster, and loves nothing more than curling on your lap or snuggling "in" the bed with us!!!! she is slways the last one to get up of a morning. On the agility circuit is another matter, shes a crazy demon, much prefering take your own line than the one we're supposed to take :-). I took her obedience training to try to build up our control for agility and through her first show ended up qualifying for crufts in the KC special pre-beginner stakes, so after 3yrs trying to qualify for crufts through agility she makes it to crufts in obedience, what a star!!! Jinx makes me smile everyday and i know everyone says this, but i think shes one in a million. Heres a video of jinxi's 3rd year in the Veal Household.

Kev Kenny tells us a little about Chase (The Bone Collector)

We got her at 1year old, after which she had had 5 previous homes. When first meeting Chase she seems a very quite, meek border collie, but when you take her home, & take her out for a walk or to agility training, she becomes a demented dog. She can run as fast as a Greyhound, and does every time you let her off the lead. She will run & run & run until she is completely out of breath. She does the same when on an agility course, which is why she very, very rarely gets a clear. We have owned Chase now for nearly 3 years, she is a lovely dog to live with & own.  She is frustrating in agility, but who knows one day she may calm down a bit.
