PATCHWORK PUZZLE - MEDIUM GRADE 1 WINNER
Tubz is a 3 year old Working cocker Spaniel. We are lucky in that we know all her history prior to us re – homing her, when she was 6 months old. Tubz was born not far from us, she was the first litter her breeder had and was sold to a young family. Her new home was a flat in the town centre where she lived with two young boys. The wife was expecting her 3rd child and although Tubz was loved very much, especially by the two young sons, she was becoming a bit of a handful and was to hyper and strong for the pregnant wife to take care of and walk.
Eventually it was decided to put Tubz up for sale in the local paper for £50. My mum is friendly with the sister of Tubz owner and we decided to take her on and see how she settled in with our 3 Westies.
Tubz is our 3 year old pocket rocket working cocker spaniel. She is blue roan in colour and is often mistaken by some small children as a Dalmatian! She is a happy, big daft, loveable, cuddly dog who adores human company and lives to make you happy. She has a home for life with us and her Westie companions. I couldn’t imagine life with out my sidekick. She had done well in agility this past year, gaining 9 firsts and many more places. She is a very steady, consistent dog that gets clear rounds 95% of the time. The other 5% is when I screw things up.
Over the last couple of months she has sped up considerably and I am finding it very hard to keep up with her. Tubz is just an all round great dog.
I’m glad she ended up with us and I can’t imagine my life without her.
